Ashbee Engraving has a long history of specialist engraving, built on generations of experience, craftsmanship and a commitment to quality.
Founded in 1947 by R Douglas Ashbee, the business originally produced components for the lipstick industry before evolving into a specialist engraving company. Over the decades, Ashbee developed a loyal customer base and a reputation for providing knowledgeable advice, quality workmanship and reliable service.
In 1989, Nikki Ashbee joined the family business as a trainee, eventually becoming the third generation of the Ashbee family to run the company.
After more than 40 years in the business, Nikki made the decision to retire in 2025, bringing Ashbee Engraving’s independent trading journey to an end.

As part of the transition, Nikki chose Brunel Industrial Engraving to look after Ashbee’s customers and continue the relationships built over many years.
